in the 18 wheel havoc mission how many semis do i have to shoot in order
to complete the mission if anyone has the answer please let me know

This mission is un-completable.
Winning is impossible, because there are too many timmies to destroy.

It's not really a mission.
It's more of a function you enable, you'll notice the same thing in Nice and Istanbul's bonuses you get when you kill all 10 timmies.
